U kunt online solliciteren via het onderstaande formulier of u kunt solliciteren per e-mail. Om te solliciteren per e-mail, zie de instructies onder het online aanvraagformulier.

De aanvraagkosten moeten worden betaald via een bankoverschrijving (bankcommissies worden betaald door de kandidaat) naar de volgende bankrekenig vóór 1 oktober 2025.

Download het aanvraagformulier, vul het in, onderteken het en stuur ons de scan per e-mail terug.
Voeg bij uw e-mail::
- Een of meer officiële documenten (origineel of gewaarmerkte kopieën) die de nationaliteit en geboortedatum van de kandidaat aantonen
- Een kort CV in het Engels, Frans of Nederlands (dat gepubliceerd kan worden) met details over opleiding, namen van docenten, belangrijkste concerten, recitals en prijzen
- De kandidaat moet één foto van goede kwaliteit (minimaal 300 dpi) naar de wedstrijd sturen voor reproductie in de officiële brochure van de wedstrijd. Deze mag niet eerder dan 6 maanden voor de aanvraag zijn genomen. Hij/zij moet ook een andere kleurenpasfoto in het formaat 3×4 sturen
- Kopieën van winnaarsdiploma’s, publicaties in de pers, concertrecensies, enz. indien van toepassing.
- Bewijs van betaling van de aanvraagkosten (een screenshot van de internetbank wordt geaccepteerd)
