U kunt online inschrijven via onderstaand formulier of u kunt per e-mail solliciteren. Zie de instructies onder het online inschrijvingsformulier om per e-mail inschrijven.

Het inschrijvingsgeld moet uiterlijk 30 oktober 2022 via een bankoverschrijving (bankcommissies te betalen door de kandidaat) op de volgende bankrekening worden betaald.

Download het inschrijvingsformulier, vul het in, onderteken en stuur ons de scan per e-mail terug.
Bijvoegen bij uw e-mail:
- Een of meer officiële documenten (originelen of gewaarmerkte kopieën) waaruit de nationaliteit en geboortedatum van de kandidaat blijkt
- Een kort cv in het Engels, Frans of Nederlands (dat kan worden gepubliceerd) met informatie over opleiding, namen van docenten, belangrijkste concerten, recitals en prijzen
- Kandidaat moet één foto van goede kwaliteit (minimaal 300 dpi) naar de wedstrijd sturen voor reproductie in de officiële brochure van de wedstrijd. Het mag niet eerder dan 6 maanden vóór de aanvraag worden ingenomen. Hij/zij moet ook nog een kleurenpasfoto in formaat 3×4 meesturen
- Kopieën van diploma’s van winnaars, publicaties in de pers, concertrecensies, enz… indien van toepassing.
- Bewijs van betaling voor de aanvraagkosten (screenshot van de internetbank wordt geaccepteerd)
